Having worked in Human Resources for large companies (Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, Nickelodeon Resorts) and smaller companies (Westgate Resorts, Colorvision/Amazing Pictures), Chuck gained a unique and flexible perspective on human resources. His expertise is rooted in bringing Policies and Procedures up to date, creating cultural alignment, employee engagement and ultimately training the team to create clarity within an organization.
HR has many roles, but they all tie up to one imperative...to protect a company, especially in the age of Covid-19. Approaching Human Resources from a “Risk Management” point of view, Chuck stays keenly focused on minimizing a company’s legal exposure to government entities such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
