Mike Donnelly

For 15 years, Mike Donnelly gained practical customer facing and leadership experience at The Walt Disney Company. Working his way up from Jungle Cruise skipper on the WDW College Program to Resort Leader and Disney Institute facilitator; he is now a recognized expert, keynote speaker, facilitator and consultant in the principle of building successful corporate cultures that produce excellent customer experiences.

Since 1997, Donnelly Effect has been improving customer experiences, the work lives of employees, and leadership effectiveness for organizations throughout North and South America.  Michael J. Donnelly, Chief Effective Officer (CEO) of the Donnelly Group leads a select team of professionals who are eager to get to know you and help you and your organization be effective.
